The GruppeM intake and air filter includes all of the adapter plates, clamps and hose fittings you'll need for a painless installation. The fittings and mounts are fairly detailed, however, so you'll want to take your time. But this is a relatively straightforward installation for the enthusiast with basic wrenching skills.
