3D scanning is an integral part of Fujitsubo’s prototyping process, often beginning with a full infrared scan of the original manufacturer’s exhaust system. The process still labors through many iterations and trial-and-error, but the data gathered from 3D scanning saves time that was unthinkable several decades ago.
