Start with the front wheels. Loosen lugs a little by hand. Using an impact wrench, remove lugs and remove wheels.

Loosen the bolts attaching the break line to the hub with a simple hand wrench. .

Loosen the flare nut wrench, remove the flare nut securely out of place.

Push the break pedal down roughly 2 inches to prevent the reservoir from draining out of the break line. A regular hood prop can do this job.

Make sure that it's been loosened with a flare nut wrench. Once that's been done, you may safely remove with a regular 10mm wrench.

First, remove the clip securing the line in place. Proceed with removing the break line. .

Remove the bolts holding the caliper to the hub. Once bolts have been removed, securely remove the caliper.

Remove rotor screws. If screws appear corroded, use an impact screw driver to remove. Once off, remove rotor out of place.

Clean of any corrosion left from the previous rotor. Clean off corrosion with a wire brush.

Sometimes, new rotors can come with grease from the factory. Using break cleaner, clean off the rotor. Let it air dry.

Clean New Rotor

Depending on your new rotor, trim the factory heat shield on your vehicle to mount the caliper onto the hub properly. Use tin snips and grind down to size.

Place caliper brackets on. Tighten the bolts as needed.

Mount the new rotor and make sure that screws line up with the holes.

Once the rotor and screws are in place, mount the break caliper. Make sure the end with bleed screws is on top.

Mount Your New Calipers

According to factory specs, adjust the line screws and bolt your break line down.

Install Break Line

Have someone pump the breaks, and one person to bleed the fluid. Use a valve system to bleed the breaks.
