Before working on the exhaust system, allow it to cool down as much as possible to prevent injury.

Cool Down Exhaust System

Using a lubrication spray, apply it to bolts, hangers, and exhaust system for easier handling during installation.

Apply Lubrication 

Remove rubber hanger and frame bar to gain easy access to the exhaust. After this, remove bolts connecting the catalytic converter to the header. Make sure to have a support stand for the exhaust system. Detach O2 sensor as needed.

Remove Hanger and Brace

It's suggested to pre-assemble the exhaust system outside of the vehicle. Make sure to only hand tighten bolts into place first. Ensure that all bolt placements align with the holes to attach onto your vehicle.

Pre-assemble Exhaust System

Place the rubber hangers onto the system. Carefully raise the exhaust and secure the rubber hangers onto the vehicle. .

Install New Exhaust System

At this point, adjust your exhaust system and any bolts to ensure they fasten correctly. Tighten the bolts into place.

Re-install Spring-loaded Bolts

Adjust resonator as much as you can to make sure it's straight as possible.

Tighten Resonator to Muffler

Do this in reverse order as the previous de-installation steps. After all components are in place, test your exhaust system by starting your vehicle. .
